By interviewing each staff member we build up a comprehensive set of information on their skills, experience and abilities. We then provide a report detailing your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and detailed recommendations to meet the business’ requirements.
IT Capability improvement
Either using the improvement plan or working with key stakeholders we develop a desired future state, current state and impact overview. We then implement the changes utilising change management principals to minimize the impact and maximize the effectiveness of the change.
IT Capability coaching
Using our professional coaches we setup and manage a coaching program to help drive capability improvement through the teams. Coaching is generally completed over a 3-6 month period, but the benefits are immediate.
IT Capability downsizing
We work with senior management to identify the key requirements of the change, and plan the future state. With the remaining individuals we provide support and coaching to help reduce any impact and re-align the remaining staff to the new structure. For redundancies we can provide services to help prepare staff for their role change including CV advice, preparation for interviews, and helping then with general career guidance.
IT Capability partnering
We work with senior management to understand and define the specific gaps that need to be sourced externally. We then engage the market and provide a report that details the various options and recommendations of how best to proceed.
